Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Retail Rate Adjustment
July 21, 2026: The BBMHC submitted a letter in support of the proposed Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department retail rate adjustment and continued investment plan to protect Biscayne Bay, maintain critical wastewater infrastructure, and ensure compliance with federal and state environmental requirements.

August 29, 2024: The BBMHC, along with our other partner organizations, submitted a letter in support of the Impervious Surface and Stormwater Ordinance of Miami-Dade County.
Feedback on Boating Restrict Areas Report
August 30, 2024: The BBMHC provided feedback on the report determining whether any year-round boating-restricted areas should be established on the portion of Biscayne Bay from a point north of the MacArthur Causeway up to the County Line - Miami Dade County Directive 240464.
